This application needs to be filled out and delivered (by mail, fax, or in-person drop off) to your local election department on or before 5:00 p.m. on August 26th.

After your application is received, a ballot will be mailed to you. Ballots will start being mailed the first week in August and must be returned back to your local elections department no later than 8:00 p.m. on September 3rd.

Where do I send the ballot application?

You will send your ballot application to your local elections department. The vote by mail application is pre-addressed & pre-stamped, so all you have to do is fill it out and pop it back in the mailbox! When does the ballot application need to be sent in by?

Your ballot application needs to physically arrive at your local elections department on or before August 26th—we recommend ensuring at least seven days of travel time for your application. Once you receive it, fill it out and send it back ASAP!
